周恩来接见广西两派时谈北京政法学院《政法公社》

十一月二十三日零时15分至2时30分，周总理在人民大会堂接见了广西两派代表团部分代表。当谈到《政法公社》时，周总理指出：

“政法学院有个陈荣金，起初大家都支持他。你知道他到处煽动，反对中央，反对中央文革小组，太猖狂了。”

《联指》代表插话：“这家伙到处去夺权，他们还到广西同另一个组织结合夺公安厅的权。”

戚本禹同志说：“政法公社就是到处去夺权。”

周总理接着说：“我们现在已把他（指反革命分子陈荣金──编者）拘留了，”
