周恩来关于武汉红代会问题的电话指示

13日晨4：50，总理秘书周家鼎同志给武汉军区曾思玉司令员打来电话，由曾司令的沈秘书接，并传达此电话：

目前各学校尚未联合起来，还是搞红代会。上面联合起来，促进和推动各校大联合，不要急于开红代会，看来不能超越红代会这一步。至于常委的问题，还是由大家（二司新华工、新湖大、新华农、三司革联、中学红联）出，上次都讲了嘛。二司提出的学校出常委的意见是不适当，是不行的。
