徐向前给内蒙古军区的五条重要指示

(刘华香副司令员秘书张清晨同志于一月二十一日一时从北京用电话传回来的，司令部办公室胡岩寿同志接的电话，并经过核对。)

一、不准随便抓人，今后抓人要经过上级批准。

二、不准随便抄家。

三、不准戴高帽子、黑牌子游街。

四、不准占领机关，不准随便封机关和办公室。

五、不准否定党的领导。

这五条是今晚徐向前同志讲的，很快要用军委名义下达。他说这五条谁不执行谁负责任。
