谢富治对北京革命造反公社的讲话

二月十八日谢副总理在人大会堂接见了夺权委员会和革命造反公社代表，会上谈话要点如下：

1．北京革命造反公社停止发展。

2．革命造反公社的造反派组织应帮助三总部(红色造反者联络站、革命造反者总部，一机部革命造反联合委员会)进行工作。

3．蒯大富、聂元梓同志应去夺权委员会，参加春耕工作(火线指挥部)。

4．顺义县的问题很复杂，顺义县的公安局操纵在“红色造反者”手里，冲解放军，希望北航“红旗”驻顺义联络站注意。

5．在谈到革命干部时说：北京革命干部比较多，比天津好得多。干部犯了错误，应该给他们自由，让他们出来，给他们创造机会，不要老揪来揪去……要给他们工作，监督他们。……北京夺权不能夺二次权了。
