周恩来给对外文委和北京外语学院红卫兵的电话指示

〖二月廿一日晚陈总秘书杜易打电话给对外文委值班室，传达了总理的指示。〗

陈毅副总理向总理汇报了你们（指二外红卫兵、联队代表、井冈山代表）汇报的情况，总理同意你们提出的三个人（周一萍，陈忠经，楚图南）可以搞“三结合”成立夺权委员会，他们不要做主任，付主任，可以做常委，管业务。你们可以搞一个初步意见汇报给陈总，成立监督小组，监督业务，他们自己不能监督自己。

宋一平、王布云的情况如何？宋一平过一段时间还要回来。
