戚本禹谈北京市的干部

北京市的老干部有的是好的，比较好的；有的是坏的，如雍文涛。市委的吴德、刘建勋、丁国钰、高扬文、李清泉是比较好的。今天来的几个同志是愿意跟毛主席走的，可以工作的。他们有经验，打过仗，搞过罢工，我们没有搞过，搞过学生运动，这还不够。今后揪他们要经过谢副总理批准，这是中央委托他做的。
