陈毅对中侨委革命造反总指挥部的谈话

一、首都归侨“东方红公社”和中侨“革命造反公社”的大方向始终是正确的。

首都归桥东方红公社带头撤出中侨委，是革命左派的革命行动。

二、首都归桥东方红撤离以后要很好地进行整风，打倒“私”字。

三、今后不许冲和砸，要暂停有关尖锐批判对方（中侨委联夺）的文章和广播，而以正面宣传为主，“总指挥部广播站应广播毛主席语录，林付主席语录及报纸上报道有关全国各地的夺权经验。

四、各地归侨组织的联络站要撤出中侨委。
