同志们要我回答条子上的问题，主要是外面贴的大字报问题。有些军区出了些问题，青海是反革命政变，性质不同；四川是下面搞的，下面提出镇反；其它军区如内蒙古、河南、湖北等军区都有镇压群众的事件，都是各军区自己搞的，没有请示军委。当然军委作为领导也有责任，我作为军委常委也有责任。
