周恩来接见日本朋友时的谈话

去年三月，毛主席在上海接见了宫本，就看出这个倾向来了，知道他这个人已经走到苏修的道路上去了。为了不欺骗日本人民，我们拒绝同他发表《共同声明》，没给他面子。这件事，西园寺先生了解一些，宫本回去说中国是大党主义，不同他签《共同声明》，实际不是这样。毛主席看得很远。同宫本签《共同声明》，就是给他擦粉，有欺骗作用，那就会迷惑日本人民，使日本人民看不出他的真面目，那我们就对不起日本人民，对不起日本进步朋友了。不过没有想到他们会暴露得这样快就走了。
