北京卫戍区副政委杜泽舟传达：

一、李井泉、廖志高、杨超你们可以拉出来批，可以斗，斗了马上送回去。

二、这个人（指李井泉）不能拉出北京，因为这些人是中央叫来的。中央正研究对他们的处理。安全问题要保证。
