周恩来关于处理贺龙问题的指示

一月十三日17时，由周恩来同志电话传达关于处理贺龙问题的指示，指示如下：

一、抄家不能抄，要按军委八条指示执行。他(指贺龙)是军委副主席，政治局委员，不能够抄家，要严格执行军委八条命令。

二、关于文件问题。看文件的人可以回校了，文件应交军委办公厅，他们要借的文件，国家体委的文件，经军委办公厅的批准，军队的文件要请示军委副主席决定。

以上指示由中央军委办公厅主任金×同志接，经中央军委办公厅档案处王××同志向北京工农兵体院毛泽东主义兵团贺龙问题专案组驻贺小组传达。
