周恩来在外交部批陈小会上的指示

第一件事情，这个小会在11号以前再开一次。

第二件事情，我庆贺你们在外交部这个系统大联合的行动，虽然这仅仅是个开始啰，这个开始是个良好的开始。在批陈的会议上大家联合行动，这是个了不起的成功。我希望第二次开的能比今天开得更好。要勇敢而谨慎。最近主席在一封信上讲的，在一个批示上还说这个话。

我还有一件事，就是外交部本身，在文印处底下印刷厂，两派更要应该有联合行动，抓革命、促生产。
