内务部政府机关人事局关于右派分子工龄计算问题的复函

云南省人民委员会人事局：

十一月二十六日(62)人资字第090号函收悉。关于右派分子工龄计算问题，应该按照一九六一年全国改造右派分子工作会议上的精神处理，即：凡未开除公职的右派分子，他们受处分期间的工作和劳动时间，可以计算为工作年限(连续工龄)。
