国务院批准“有关对工商联的指导工作和经费开支问题的报告”

国务院于６月１２日批准中央工商行政管理局“有关对工商联的指导工作和经费开支问题的报告”，并把它转发给各省、市、自治区人民委员会参照执行。

这个报告的内容是：（一）各地人民委员会应该指定一个部门（工商行政或工业、商业等部门）负责指导工商联的工作，其他各有关部门如需要工商联协助进行工作时，应事先与负责指导工商联的部门取得联系，并与工商联协商，使工作能够统一安排。（二）工商联征收会费遇有困难时，负责指导工商联的部门，应协助其解决，对工商联的经费开支，不需要采取审查批准的手续。（三）各级人民委员会及其所属部门，召开和工商联工作有关的会议时，可以邀请工商联的有关干部参加；发出和工商联工作有关的文件时，需要抄送工商联。
