中共中央关于暂不改选任期已满的地方政协和民主党派新成员要求退出民主党派问题的指示

各省、市、自治区党委：

一、有些地方政协任期届满的，目前不再改选，设法拖一下，待反右派斗争在全国范围内告一段落时，处理右派分子的办法已经确定了的时候，再行改选。

二、许多地方，一些民主党派新吸收的成员要求退出民主党派，不论是左、中、右退出对反右派斗争不利，要经过民主党派劝告他们在目前不应提出这样的要求，而应当积极参加整风和反右派的斗争。
