新华书店上海发行所请示有关右派分子著作物的出版发行问题

上海市出版局：

当前反击右派斗争中，出版界内已揭露的许君远、仇标、王若望等一些作家右派分子，他们过去都有著作物出版发行，有些新书出版社还在继续征订，准备出版，如王若望的新著“上海来的人”，新文艺出版社最近交来内容简介，我们拟与该社联系后暂缓布置订货。兹请示有关问题如下：

1、右派分子原有著作物，存书是否仍可继续发行，如遇售缺而读者读有需要时，可否重印。

2、右派分子编著的出版新书，出版社交来内容介绍材料，我们是否仍可布置定货发行。

3、右派分子用笔名发表的著作，如何辨别处理。

以上几点，请予指示，俾有遵循。
