中共北京市委关于在店员和手工业社员中不再划右派分子向中央的请示

中央9月4日指示在工人和农民中不划右派分子。我们意见：对店员和手工业社员也拟按照中央关于在工人、农民中不划右派分子的通知中所规定的办法对待(店员、手工业社员中少数原来是资本家的，仍按资本家同样对待)，是否妥当，请中央批示。
