中共中央关于一届人大代表中右派分子的处理问题的决定（概要）

1957年10月13日， 毛泽东在最高国务会议第十三次会议上，讲到了对人民代表中的右派分子的处理。 根据毛的意见，中共中央统战部在1957年12月召开了第九次全国统战会议，提出了对100多位著名民主人士中的右派分子的处理意见。在这个基础上，中共中央作出这一决定，指出在反右斗争中，共揭发出人大代表中的右派分子62人，经中共中央决定，其中53人由原选区的人民代表大会撤销其代表资格。
