中央关于撤销代表资格的全国人民代表大会代表中的右派分子问题的通知

上海局、各省、市、自治区党委：

中央确定撤销代表资格的全国人民代表大会代表中的右派分子，省、市、自治区不能召开代表大会撤销的，应于年底以前由原选举单位的省、市、自治区人民委员会提出名单，附上材料，报请常务委员会予以撤销。人在中央，省、市、自治区没有材料的，由中央有关机关补办。
