二、关于高等学校和中等专业学校毕业生中反对社会主义分子及其他坏分子在工作考察期间生活待遇的问题：

1．毕业生中反对社会主义分子及其他坏分子，经过处理没有给以工作考察期的，都是情节较轻并承认错误愿意悔改的，他们在见习期间，可以按照国务院关于高等学校和中等专业学校毕业生在见习期间的临时工资待遇的规定办理。

2．毕业生中反对社会主义分子及其他坏分子在工作考察期间不享受福利待遇。

3．毕业生中反对社会主义分子及其他坏分子工作考察期满正式分配工作的，他们的工作考察期间，不计算为工作年限。
