中共中央关于在反浪费、反保守运动中贴大字报批评聘请外国专家和招待工作中的浪费现象的通知

各省（市）委、自治区党委，人民团体和国家机关各党组，总政治部：

各地反浪费、反保守运动正在迅速开展。据了解：有一些单位，已经出现了一些批评聘请外国专家和招待外宾工作中浪费现象的大字报。中央认为：凡是出现了这种大字报的单位，应该立即向群众说服，把已出者撤销，以后也不要再出。在一切可能出现前述情况的单位，反浪费、反保守运动的领导机关，应即通知大家，对涉外的具体问题一概不要用大字报的形式提出，而采用其他适当的形式提出（例如向领导机关写信）。
