二、关于高等学校和中等专业学校毕业生中反对社会主义份子及其它坏份子在工作考察期间生活待遇的问题。

1、毕业生反对社会主义份子及其它坏份子，经过处理，没有给以工作考察期的都是情节较轻，并承认错误，愿意悔改的，他们在见习期间，可以按国务院关于高等学校和中等专业学校毕业生在见习期间的临时工资待遇的规定办理。

2、毕业生中反对社会主义份子及其它坏份子在工作考察期间不享受福利待遇。

3、毕业生反对社会主义份子及其它坏份子工作考察期间正式分配工作的，他们的工作考察期间，不计算为工作年限。
