中央监委对于处理有类似中央十人小组所指普通反革命分子情况的党员的意见

对于隐瞒了普通反革命分子身份而加入我党的分子，原则上应当开除党籍。如果确实没有什么罪恶，在组织上思想上早已同反动组织断绝联系，在审干和肃反运动中向党真诚坦白，入党后又一贯表现好，证明确实够党员条件的，可以考虑保留他的党籍。凡是可以这样处理的，就不要再称之为普通反革命分子。至于对那种既隐瞒了普通反革命分子身份，迄不向党彻底坦白，或者一贯表现不好，或者在整风鸣放中又有右派言论的，就应该开除他们的党籍。
