湖南部分地區發生春荒

新華社長沙18日訊 湖南部分地區發生春荒。

洞口縣目前無糧無錢的有三千五百八十六戶，佔總農戶3.7%；有糧無錢的五千三百六十八戶，佔總農戶5.7%，有錢無糧的二千九百五十三戶，佔總農戶3.1%。全縣糧銭發生困難的比上一周增加二千五百〇七戶。

桂陽縣九個重災區春夏荒缺糧農戶佔總農戶20%。春荒問題大於夏荒，在缺糧缺錢的九千二百三十七戶中有五千四百七十三戶是春荒戶。宜章縣的十九個鄉荒情面約佔總農戶10%左右。由於災情繼續發展，有些災區勞力外流。（程坤）
