“改变一党专政实行名符其实的各党派联合执政。

解放几年来，我国实际上是共产党专政的国家，其他民主党派只起了‘跑龙套’的作用，如果说这种政策在过去巩固革命胜利及进行阶级斗争取得很大的胜利，那么在今天从事巨大的建设中就会严重的影响了这个事业的发展。”（天津大学　张金全）
