“国家的选举制度不民主”

袁传炽说：

「国家的选举制度也不民主，名单都决定了，才叫人选。」

李燕吉说：

「选举制度由中共和民主党派协商提名单后再选不应该，应该象资本主义国家那样。」

姚洪烈说：

「协商提名后，你不选，大家还是选他，如果自由竞选，民主党派也不一定选不上。」

傅锟说：

「我们不妨要社会主义民主内容，而采取资产阶级民主形式，解放前，有些作法很民主，如选学生会执委，可以出墙报，互相宣传，这种形式是好的，现在的内容是民主的，形式还不够，如人民代表选举等，是否可以竞选一下？」
