“肃反是党学习苏联来的，苏联的肃反是斯大林的错误扩大化了，而中国是学习苏联，所以也扩大化了，如钢院有很多人被斗错了，如刘景芳斗错了，故周总理报告说：成绩是主要的，缺点是个别的，……我不同意，个别地区就是缺点是主要的。”
