“肃反是违反宪法的行为”

肃反的错误是党的政策的错误，党的主张宁“左”勿右，肃反时同学们是昧着良心去怀疑别人，这种大胆怀疑政策对人进行斗争是违反宪法的行为。

肃反没有法律也没有政府，一切全是党的系统，全是党员了，在没有什么事情的时候，才把政府搬出来。

肃反的目的是达到了，但错误是大大的，肃反的错误，造成党和群众的隔阂，党中央对肃反的百分数的估计是不科学的。党员相信党中央，就好像教徒信耶稣一般。
