“学校不重视老教授和民主党派”

杨大美说：

“学校不重视老教授和民主党派，尹副院长，王嘉荫等是党委逼走的，是由于党委不懂科学，骄傲自满，自以为是，把老教授看成思想落后”

金荣新说：

“老干部与知识分子之间的矛盾，只有在党的全部提高科学文化水平成为内行的时候才能解决。”

“知识分子是宝贝，又是包袱，不打不行，打了又哭，很难办。”

“中国大知识分子不简单，不好领导，党没经验，在知识分子问题上摔了不少跤。”

“工农出身的干部就是不能体会我自小资产阶级的城市出身的人，因此没法进行思想教育。”

林墨荫说：

“我院主要矛盾是党委领导与知识分子的矛盾。”

丁少飞说：

“知识分子提意见最敏感，最尖锐，工人提不了什么意见。储安平的‘党天下’没有什么，你们（按：指党）就把人家从坏处想。”
