大字报——权威人士

团内的选举被几个人所操纵，若得不到他们的信任，就不能担任支委等工作，团员成为他们的工具，表决机器，目前我们团内五个支委也是被个别权威人士所指使的部分，支委成为死的表决机器，不能起到应起的作用。

在我院党的工作和院系的领导工作中，严重地存在着官僚主义，任何事都高高在上地只听下汇报，从来未下来脚踏实地了解群众疾苦，而汇报者又是主观非常强，在群众中没有威信的一些党、团员，反映的意见多是片面的，夹杂着严重私见的，这样使得许多同学，要求进步，要求入党，被压的石沉海底得不到关怀，以致在谈起这样的问题时，连最坚强的同学也痛哭流涕。
