“工农干部不懂业务，不学无术，虽然过去有血汗功劳，但是发个奖章给点奖金让他们回农村生产就行了，工农干部不讲理，脱产干部增加人民内部矛盾。”（天津大学 卢绳）

“可以试行职业自由选择，这样做边区是不是没人去，不会的，党团员可以带头，还有的人为了搞自己的专业而愿意去边区。如果不想干的工作非要别人干，是绝对安不下心去的。”（天津大学 杨学澹）
