右派言论——对资本主义工商业的社会主义改造的攻击

“对私营工商业的社会主义改造也冒进了，把中小工商业者和服务性行业联合起来有很多危害。”“把所有的中小工商业者甚至一般的服务性行业，在短时期内合作起来是没有必要的。合营以后出现了大批的主任、会计、出纳等领导人员，使企业衙门化，给消费者带来了不少麻烦，增加了国家和人民的负担。”

“为了发挥中小工商业者特别是服务性行业和小手工业者的积极性，便于人民，应当不加任何压力允许他们在相当长的时期内单独经营……。”
