右派言论——关于民主与集中

“不同意民主集中制，不同意有领导的民主，如果把民主看做是手段，那是对人不尊重，正好给干部犯错误找到了借口，因为用不同的手段，达到同样的目的。”（北京航空学院一个讲师）

“三害根源是‘主观加权力’，所以仅整风不能解决问题，要从权力上着手……修改民主集中制。下级不一定服从上级，少数不一定要服从多数。”（北京航空学院一个学生）

“组织决议是硬灌，是‘压力加工’，是党员不学无术，不动脑筋。我同意卡德尔关于取消党的组织领导的说法。我认为斯大林的错误和民主集中制有关。”（北京航空学院一个学生）
