“反党不是反革命。

我现在还是这样认为‘反党不是反革命’。说反党是指反对党的宗派纲领，路线，‘三害’等一切方面，这都是可以的，不能算反革命，不能逮捕他，法律上是没有罪的。”（北京俄语学院　高杰）
