在广东省人民委员会党外人士座谈会上的发言（摘要）

解放几年来人民群众生活有很大改善，但是还有部分城市失业的人口和农村中地少人多的地区的人民，生活还未好转；虽然几年来末听说过饿死人，但由于营养不良面生病，又无钱医治而死亡的，也算是“饿死的边缘”。
