为粮食高征购问题，给中央政治局和毛泽东主席的加急电报

中央政治局并请转呈毛主席：

河南省委的官僚主义造成南阳专区征购任务过重，加之连年受灾，以至于南阳农村缺粮情况十分严重。截止到今年5月底，全区逃荒要饭28914户，计61457人，10万多头大大牲畜瘦饿而死，希望党中央、毛主席直接派人来我们这里调查处理此事。
