在天津各界人士座谈会上的发言

既然允许民主党派存在，各民主党派的党纲又都要求走向共产主义，为什么不可以实行各政党轮流执政的办法呢？如果不要求共产党一党执政，而要共产党和各党各派提出不同的政纲来，由群众自由的选择，这样便可以刺激共产党和民主党派不得不努力克服缺点，来博得人民的选票，为人民服务。这是一个触及共产党利益的意见，问题是共产党肯不肯放弃政权。

共产党和民主党派不应留在学校里。学校里有共产党和民主党派的组织，是不是可以推动学校工作的进展？我很怀疑。因为学校里有党和民主党派，就容易产生宗派主义，制造不团结。因此，共产党和民主党派应该退出学校，而只允许学派存在。这就能推动学校和学派工作的发展。
