宁波“万籁俱寂”需要打强心针

《文汇报》编辑同志：

如果如您报所说：浙江省是“万籁俱寂”的话，那么宁波市就是“密云不雨”的了。

宁波不但未“放”未“鸣”，而且一些“代表”到杭州开了“省宣传工作会议”回来，还一声不响。

有些学校甚至还不准在时事学习时谈报纸上的“百家争鸣”问题，据说是恐怕要形成“混乱”。中共宁波市委迄今还无动静，这种情况和党中央的方针不符，事实上这样做也不能正确解决人民内部矛盾。

我建议领导上给我们宁波市来打一枚强心针。
