总政机关党委会、高院军事审判庭开除右派分子陈沂的党籍和军籍

本报讯总政治部机关党委会决定并已经总政治部和党中央批准，将党内右派分子陈沂开除出党。

又讯 中华人民共和国最高人民法院军事审判庭根据控告，认为右派分子陈沂反党反社会主义罪行严重，完受丧失革命军人应有的品德，已于３月６日判决，剥夺陈沂中国人民解放军少将军衔，并开除军籍。
