襄城县人民法院关于陈克礼的刑事裁定书

陈克礼，回族，系襄城县城关镇西大街石羊街人。于一九七○六月二十三日经襄城县公安机关军管组(70)军刑字第8号判决，以现行反革命罪判处死刑，立即执行。经复查并报请河南省高级人民法院批准，原判以反革命罪判处陈克礼死刑，属于冤杀。故将原判撤销，宣告无罪，予以平反。
