中共上海市委统战部关于“荣盛小集团”的问题的复查结论

1957年整风反右期间，对荣毅仁等同志以“荣盛小集团”问题进行揭发批判是错误的。它严重损害了党和工商界上层人士的关系，破坏了工商界上层人士之间的团结，挫伤了这些同志的积极性。

经复查，所谓“荣盛小集团”并不存在，这是反右扩大化的反映。为了彻底纠正“左”的错误，对1957年上海市民建，工商联“两会”常委会上批判的所谓“荣盛小集团”问题，予以彻底否定，有关材料予以销毁，并在相应的范围内肃清影响。
