中央关于农村社教运动中工作团的领导权限规定（草案）第四条的解释的通知

陕西省委十一月二十九日电悉。

“中央关于农村社会主义教育运动中工作团的领导权限的规定（草案）”第四条所规定的“县委书记、县长以上干部的逮捕法办，一律报中央审批”，这里所说的县委书记，县长以上干部，系指县委正书记、正县长，以及其他相当于县委正书记和正县长一级以上的干部。不包括县委副书记、副县长和其他相当于这一级的副职。
