中共中央批转农垦部党组关于湖南有些农场干部迫害下乡青年问题的调查报告的批示

兹将农垦部党组关于湖南省湘阴杨林寨、江永县回龙圩、铜山岭、桃川等四个农场歧视、虐待和侮辱下乡青年的问题的检查报告转发，请参阅，并认真把你们所属农场的工作也检查一次。对这类违法乱纪的行为，应在查实后严肃处理。

农垦部这个检查报告所反映的情况，主要是严重违法乱纪、干部压迫、剥削青年，对下乡青年生活漠不关心。这是严重的官僚主义者，如果不把这些同志们，亦即官僚主义者整好，那么，这些农场的领导，就永远会同贫下中农、同下乡劳动的青年处于尖锐的对立状态中，就不会办好社会主义农场。

农垦部所提的五项措施是可行的，望切实抓紧进行。
