中央宣传部 中央外事小组关于不要邀请外国驻华使领馆人员作时事报告的通知

最近,有的地方邀请外国驻华使领馆人员向干部和群众作时事报告，由于报告中的某些看法和我们有所不同，以致在群众中引起不必要的思想混乱。鉴于这种情况，今后，除一定国家的国庆或者其他与某一国有关的纪念日，各地在举行纪念活动的时候可以请该国驻华使领馆人员讲话之外，凡未经中央批准，各地一律不得邀请外国驻华使领馆人员作时事报告。
