中共中央关于党内同志之间的称呼问题的通知

关于党内同志之间的称呼问题，毛泽东同志早在一九五九年就有过指示，要大家互称同志，改变以职务相称的旧习惯。几年来，许多地方和部门，一直没有认真执行。

过去我们在根据地的时候，不论领导干部和被领导干部，或者党员、干部之间，大家见面，都是互称同志，广大群众对干部也都采用同样的称呼，或者称为老张老李，使人感到十分亲切。解放以后，许多人渐渐丢掉了这个好传统，而以职务相称。有些干部，人家不叫他“官衔”，不称他某书记、某常委、某部长、某支书、支委……还不高兴，好象是不尊重他。这是一种旧社会的腐朽习气和官僚作风，同我们党的优良传统是格格不入的。

为了切实纠正这种不良风气，现在特再重申毛泽东同志的指示，今后对担任党内职务的所有人员，一律互称同志。
