中共上海市委决定成立炼钢和冶炼设备生产指挥部

市委在九月十六日发出通知说：

为了保证完成本市今年生产一百二十万吨钢的生产任务，保证完成中央和华东协作区分配给上海的钢铁冶炼设备的制造任务，保证完成本市炼钢设备的制造与本市炼钢有关的建筑材料的生产任务，市委决定成立炼钢和冶炼设备生产指挥部，由马天水、苏展、周璧、李广仁、许言、肖卡、熊中节、杨兆熊等八位同志组成，由马天水、苏展两同志分任正副总指挥。

今后凡有关炼钢生产和冶炼设备的制造，及与本市炼钢有关的建筑材料的生产所涉及到的各方面问题，由炼钢和冶炼设备生产指挥部在市委领导下统一指挥和统一调度。
