中共中央关于解决流入兰州市的农村人口问题给江苏省委等的指示

江苏、河南、陕西省委并甘肃省委：

接甘肃省委2月6日电称：江苏、河南、陕西等省流入兰州市的农村人口，有17000余人，由于原籍省份没有派人办理遣返工作，因而无法遣返。该省准备把这些人安置河西农村落户生产。我们认为，如果不影响流出地区的生产，可以由甘肃安置。希你们最后考虑决定，并直接与甘肃洽商处理。
