中共中央转发卫生部党组等关于各地发生中毒事故的情况报告的指示

各省、市、自治区党委，中央各部委、各党组：

卫生部、公安部、农业部、粮食部、商业部党组《关于各地发生中毒事故的情况报告》应当引起各级党、政领导机关高度的注意。今春以来，中毒事故发生的次数、中毒人数和死亡率都较去年大大增加。生活集体化后，公共食堂的防止放毒工作，是一项重要工作。否则，将会给社会主义建设事业和城乡人民公社化运动带来损害。中央要求各地在反对官僚主义的斗争中，把检查中毒事故作为一项重要内容，并参照报告中提出的各项意见，认真采取具体措施，严防中毒事故继续发生。
