中央关于外调粮食问题的批复

中共湖南省委：

中央办公厅转来你们6月24日来电悉。同意减少6月分粮食外调任务1800万斤。但目前北京大米、杂粮库存无几，现在只好放宽小麦供应。为了保证最低供应大米百分之二十的比例，务希你省克服一切困难，在7月分调给北京大米3000万斤，以支援首都。
