江苏省委：

十一月二十六日电悉，同意从大专学校抽调一批学生去参加今冬明春的整风整社工作，是否需要二万五千人应再详细研究一下；需调学生，以抽调文科学生为主，不调或少调工科学生。文科学生可以通过整风整社学到更多的社会斗争，特别是阶级斗争知识，这对他们来说是有很大的收获。但是，他们一般地只可以担任收集一些材料，整理材料，宣传工作，算账工作，其他方面的工作就不能依靠他们。除了你们已对四种人不能下去外，还应加上归国华侨学生也不要动员下去。地富子弟不要回到本乡本县，并应做充分的教育工作。
